Voice disorders are medical conditions involving abnormal pitch, loudness or quality of the sound produced by the larynx and thereby affecting speech production. These include:

- Vocal cord paresis
- Reinke's edema
- Spasmodic dysphonia
- Foreign accent syndrome
- Bogart–Bacall syndrome
- Laryngeal papillomatosis
- Laryngitis
